This solution is great for any entrepreneur with 100+ customers who wants to gain more insight into their willingness to pay, but is particularly interesting for businesses that sell premium or innovative products and want to convert this added value into cash.

Upon delivery of this solution, you will receive a professional report that provides you insight into:

  • The price that your customers are most likely willing to pay;

Limitations

The scope of this solution is limited to a maximum of 3 different products. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to receive a custom offer to investigate the willingness to pay for more products or services.

After placing your order, the delivery will proceed as follows:

  1. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
  2. Not long after the confirmation, you'll receive a first version of the survey design. This design contains a planning, an invitation for your existing customers to participate in the survey and a detailed overview of the questions and answer options that will be included in the survey.
  3. After your approval of the survey design, the survey will be developed and tested. You will receive a link with which you can also test the survey by yourself.
  4. After your approval of the survey, it's time to send the invitation to participate to your existing customers. Most customers prefer to do this by themselves for privacy reasons.
  5. Depending on the number of responses, it can be useful to send your customers a reminder after a week.
  6. After sufficient responses have been collected, the survey will be closed and I will start analyzing the results. A few days later, you will receive the first version of the report with the preliminary results.
  7. We discuss the preliminary results of the survey in a 1-hour conference call.
  8. After your approval of the final report, your order will also be considered completed.

All mentioned prices include VAT and the costs for processing your payments. Any travel costs (in case you prefer to meet on location) are not included.
The deposit (which is € 250 for new customers) can only be paid with a credit card. Subsequent payments can be made with a credit card or with other payment methods (including iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay and EPS).
All invoices are sent by Stripe, the provider who will also process your payments. You'll automatically receive these by email after payment of your deposit or as soon as a new invoice has been created.
Orders which are canceled within 24 hours of payment of the deposit are eligible for a refund. For orders that are canceled after this period, refund of the deposit is no longer possible. Once the first 24 hours have passed and I have started with your order, all agreed costs must be paid in full.
